I.
Just as other agreements are said to be inherent in good faith contracts when added to them at the time of their making, they provide the form and the rule for those contracts.
II.
So also, the agreement concerning resale or restitution, if it is added to the very common contract of purchase and sale, enjoys the same effect.
III.
To which agreement, both evident utility in common life and equity, and especially the authority of the Holy Scriptures, lend favor.

It is conceived in two ways: either that the buyer, when it pleases the seller, resells the item he bought, or that he restores it once the price has been offered.

From which it is clear that ancient interpreters did not notice this difference, as they assigned the constitution of Lord Alexander original: "D. Alexandri" in law 2, Code concerning agreements between buyer and seller, to the agreement of resale.
VI.
Although in that place it concerns not the resale, but the restoration of the item after the price has been offered.
