Against all in general: Things that Nature has woven are not to be exposed publicly, but women's menses are what she has woven. Therefore, they are not to be publicly exposed.

Major premise: Art imitates Nature. And the work of Nature is not to reveal, but to perform; it imitates Nature and ought not to reveal the work of nature, but perform it, and consequently those things that Nature has woven in secret. Therefore, she also has woven secret places, and virgins and women conceal their menses, neither parents nor others knowing them.
