Kālakācāryakathā (MS Add.2377)

Sanyadyavara One should go forth with steady vision. Having seen the signs in the river and the assembly, he is filled with wisdom.
He who knows the signs is blessed. 27.

The one who understands the movement of the planets and the omens of the past and future,
The hearing is steady. 28. From that

The one who knows the nature of the celestial bodies,
The knowledge of the path.

When he observes the happiness of the people, he moves forward. The king, acting with proper counsel, follows the path of righteousness.

॥ Silence is the supreme
path, the understanding of
the word.

॥ Even the weak may become strong through knowledge. 7 ॥
