Sanyadyavara One should go forth with steady vision. Having seen the signs in the river and the assembly, he is filled with wisdom.

The hearing is steady. 28. From that

The knowledge of the path.
When he observes the happiness of the people, he moves forward. The king, acting with proper counsel, follows the path of righteousness.
