The second book of wonders

After everything was done as directed that evening, they were ordered to meet again at the same time on the following Monday.

The next day I was answered that the directions were given in that manner only to test my faith; but since I had obeyed in my heart, it was all that was required of me; however, the Lord would work in a different way.

Soon after my visitation began in this powerful manner, I was answered that I should have all new clothing for the sake of my female friends, and I was ordered to have twelve new gowns, which I immediately ordered, as well as other new clothing. I was answered:

"The time of your departure draws near, for your sands are nearly run." Meaning her life is nearly at an end; her 'hourglass' is almost empty.

I greatly rejoiced in this, as I am as weary of the world as the world is of me. I cannot enter into the details of what was revealed to me, as it was ordered to be sealed up in the presence of the seven friends and put into a box that is not to be opened until my trial; then it will be seen what was revealed to me every day.

On Monday, the 27th of September, in the morning, it was revealed to me that my new clothing was for my wedding garments; for I must enter into a marriage union with a man. But it was the wisdom of the Lord to hide from me, and to hide from everyone, that such a union should take place. Therefore, I was ordered to write down my own choice, which was to have a heavenly inheritance when my work was done, instead of an earthly one. But in my writings, which are sealed up, I know it is said that I should have an earthly husband, to whom the Lord would resign everything; but what was printed was to prevent any man from making an offer to me, so that I might be kept for the man whom the Lord had designed for me.
