...he who finds his soul will lose it, and he who has lost his soul for my sake will find it. He who receives you receives me, and he who receives me receives him who sent me. He who receives a prophet in the name of a prophet will receive a prophet's reward, and he who receives a righteous man in the name of a righteous man will receive a righteous man's reward. And whoever gives one of these little ones even a cup of cold water in the name of a disciple, truly I say to you, he will by no means lose his reward. And it came to pass when Jesus had finished instructing his twelve disciples, he went on from there to teach and to preach in their cities. Now when John had heard in prison the works of Christ, he sent by his disciples and said to him, "Are you the Coming One, or do we look for another?" And Jesus answered and said to them, "Go and report to John what you hear and see: the blind receive their sight and the lame walk..."

2. "Him": so DL; "in him" most manuscripts.
3. "In heaven": so אDEFGL, etc.; "in the heavens" BCK. Cf. l. 6. "You deny" original: "αρνησητε" is used for the indicative original: "αρνησηται".
