1–2. thelo]men we will: so ℵAB and most manuscripts; thelo I will in some cursives, versions, and citations.
22. hoi peril[eipomenoi those who are left behind: so most manuscripts; omitted by FG, etc.
25. tou k(yrio)u of the Lord: so ℵAB and most manuscripts; some others have tō Christō to the Christ.
26. syn with: so ℵA, etc.; en in B.
35. to]t: the e is not usually elided here.
56. ho th(eo)s hēmas God [did] us: so B with some cursives; hēmas ho th(eo)s us God in ℵA, etc.
59. [Iēn Jesus: so B and the Aethiopic version; there is not room for Iēn Chn Jesus Christ, the ordinary reading.
hyper for/on behalf of: so ℵcAD and most others; peri concerning ℵB.
59–60. hmōn pantōn? in]a: the manuscripts omit pantōn all. No variant except grēgoryomen we watch for grēgōrōmen we watch is known here, but the traces of letters in line 60 cannot be reconciled with ordinary readings, as ae is nearly certain, though other vestiges are inconclusive.
67. proist]an[o]me[nous those who preside over: so ℵA; this is a common Egyptian form of the usual proistamenous. The reading is not quite certain, but it suits the vestiges better than proi[sta]menous, which seems to be the only alternative.
69. kai and: so ℵAB and most manuscripts; hōste so that FG.
70. e]k perissou abundantly: hyperekperissou more than abundantly in ℵ and most manuscripts; hyperekperissōs in BDFG. In iii. 10 and Ephesians iii. 20 there is no variant for hyperekperissou, but in Mark xiv. 31 ℵBCD, etc., read ekperissōs in place of ek perissou.
71. The supposed traces of e[r]gou work are very doubtful, but no variant is known.
72. autois to them: so ℵO*, etc.; eautois to themselves ABDc, etc.
77. a[sth]en[ōn en hymin? the weak among you]: so Bartlet; the manuscripts have nothing between asthenōn the weak and makrothymeite be patient.
82. kai and: so ℵcB, etc.; omitted by ℵAD, etc.
104. kai and: so BD, etc.; omitted by ℵDc and most other manuscripts.
106. enorkizō I adjure (ABD*, etc.) suits the space better than orkizō I adjure (ℵDb and most others).
109. adelph[ois tois hagiois to the holy brethren: adelphois brethren in ℵBD, etc.; hagiois adelphois holy brethren in ℵcA, etc.
111. After hym[ōn your the papyrus may have had amēn amen with ℵA, etc.
112. The title agrees with ℵB; other manuscripts add eplērōthē was fulfilled, etelesthē was finished, or egraphē apo Athēnōn was written from Athens.
113. The title agrees with ℵAB; other manuscripts prefix archetai begins.
114. Sil]ouano[s Silvanus: so ℵAB, etc.; some manuscripts have Silbanos.
117. Iē(so)u Ch(rist)ō Jesus Christ: so ℵAB, etc.; Ch(rist)ō I(ēsou)u Christ Jesus in D and some others.
144. This line corresponds in position to line 143, as the upper part of the recto is lost. The first contraction was presumably some case of kyrios Lord or Christos Christ, but line 144 cannot be combined with line 117.
