Now, I shall explain the purification of the King of Mercury (Rasaraja) and the procedures for mantra and worship as the practitioners know them. (8)
In a space that has been swept and plastered, with flowers and incense, (9)
The purification of the King of Mercury should be performed by one who has been duly initiated. A woman wearing white garments and anointed with white scents should install the King of Mercury; then it will be free from defects. (10)
An eight-petaled lotus should be made on a golden vessel using divine camphor, saffron, musk, aguru, and sandalwood. (11)
Having worshipped the King of Mercury, combined with mercury and secondary minerals, with gold and jewels, and accompanied by divine herbs. (12)
Having worshipped the glorious Mercury, accompanied by the directional guardians and Bhairavas, together with the Lord of the World, one should chant the Rasankushi Mercury-Goad vidya a powerful mantra. (13)
The 'Bahurupa' Many-Formed and the 'Aghora' Non-Terrifying aspects are for all rituals. The yogi devoted to chanting and meditation will attain success. (14)

Now the Bahurupa mantra: Om Rudraya namah Salutations to Rudra. Rudrarupaya namah Salutations to the form of Rudra. Shrikanthaya namah. Vishvarupaya namah. Tatpurushaya namah. Yaksharupaya namah. Ekay namah. Ekanathaya namah. Ekaksharaya namah. Varadaya namah. Tryaksharaya namah. Nuda nuda svaha. This is the Bahurupa mantra.
