Canon for when they place a new door in the Church. Establish the door of rest. They say Psalm 118: "O give thanks." Deacon: Pray for this Holy Church. Prayer: Almighty God, have mercy. They say the prayers:
God the decorator and renewer of Thy creatures, who from the very words of Thy creation didst assemble all creatures by Thy word; and in the time of days, Thou didst bring out
And now receive this material from our hands; and sanctify it incomprehensibly, that it may be worthy to touch the mystery of Thy mysteries, by which the offerers of this shall rejoice, looking toward the return of Thy good things; and make me worthy to worship Thee all the days of our lives and giving thanks, to glorify
Thy people at Mount Horeb, with the mountain-illuminating cloud, by the hand of Moses, Thou didst command to make the Tabernacle, the tent of the time, by which Thou didst dwell with men, with precious gold, and silver, and the resounding sound of bronze, from incorruptible woods, brought as an offering in holiness to Thy tabernacle and ark, by placing these doors of Thy house, and the door of Thy divine entrance, which the fame-seeing prophet Ezekiel saw in his own vision, by which he noted the entrance into the type of the divine, which brings the example of Mary. And now, Lord our God, watch over our entrances and exits, through the door of Thy holiness, and incomprehensibly [bless] this wood
this awesome one, which does not pass; for whoever enters and goes out through this door into the house of prayer, and for our requests, may find rest and forgiveness of sins. And we, giving thanks, shall glorify the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.
The deacon shall say the prayers of the procession in unison; and he says [them] with fullness; and may it resound in the ears of Narekatsi. And the people [participate] with everything.

Canon of church dedication with awe; a vigil is held in the church during the day.
And in the morning, the gift of the covenant... stands in the middle of the house... thus rejoicing they exult... and this canon is performed. Prayer: Psalm, "I loved the beauty..." Response: "Judge me, O Lord."
