The light of your face has shone upon us, O Lord,
And you have placed joy in our hearts.
From the fruit of wheat and wine and oil, [it] has increased.
In peace, I will lay down and sleep.
For you, O Lord, in your hope,
Have made me dwell alone.

In the sixth [Psalm] of the liturgy: 5

Give ear to my voice, O Lord,
And understand my cry.
And hear the voice of my supplication,
My King and my God,
For to you I pray, O Lord.
To you

In the morning, hear my voice.
In the morning, I will stand before you and appear,
For you are not a God who desires iniquity,
And evil shall not dwell with you.
And the unrighteous shall not stand before your eyes.
You have hated, O Lord, all the workers of iniquity,
And you will cast away all who speak falsehood.
The Lord abhors the man of blood and deceit.
And I, in the abundance of your mercy, will enter your house.
