Verse 7:
Psalm of David, 8
O Lord, our Lord, how excellent is your name in all the earth! For your greatness has been exalted above the heavens. Out of the mouth of babes and infants, you have prepared praise because of your enemies, so that you might silence the enemy and the avenger. For I behold

You have made him a little lower than the angels. With glory and honor you have crowned him. And you have set him over all the works of your hands. And you have put everything under his feet: all sheep and all oxen, and also the beasts of the field, the birds of the air, and the fish of the sea, and whatever passes through the paths of the sea.
