It is extended by our Sheikh from the Unseen, and his repentance is through his attainment for the Observer.
So the necks of the saints bowed before the feet of the Sheikh without doubt.

A pulpit of light will be erected for him tomorrow, and he will ascend it despite the enemies.
Then it will be called out upon his passing, "O people of the Gathering," and this is the call.
