He was angered against Peter with a great anger, like a lion, and he rushed to kill him because he saw that through the teaching of Peter, they were learning to keep purity. And many women, when they heard the teaching of Peter, refrained from their husbands; and likewise, many men refrained from their wives and kept their purity with humility.
