By this statement, the 'visarga creative emission'—which is in the form of half the letter 'H' and represents the combination of both the kula totality/family and akula transcendent/non-totality—has a nature that desires to manifest externally. It is the material cause of this. Therefore, he says it is 'Anuttarakula the unsurpassed totality.'
The 'anuttara the unsurpassed' is something superior because it differs from the nectar that is the result of temporary stability:
'Where there is no fear, nor aging, nor diseases; no obstacles, no death, and no time to measure it.'<
Because it is free from the timing of death, and because there is no 'mṛta' death in it, it is called 'kula totality'—meaning the body whose essence is the amā-kalā the sixteenth aspect/nectar aspect. It is said:
'The seventeenth kalā aspect is that which is in the form of nectar.'<
Furthermore, what are 'both'? He says, 'the Mother and the Father.' What kind of Mother? She is 'resting upon the pure kalā aspect.' 'Pure' means devoid of 'malas' impurities/limitations. That kalā, which is of the nature of supreme awareness and agency, is the 'support' or foundation. Its essence is the power of pure freedom svātantrya-śakti.
