That which grants longevity, health, and vitality, increases strength and power,
Bestows knowledge and intelligence upon people, and brings about auspiciousness without effort. (70)
By which people will become possessors of great strength and valor,

The commentary clarifies: "Of them" refers to those people. "Longevity, health, and vitality" means that which is beneficial for life, health, luster, and brilliance. (66, 70) "By which method" refers to the means. (71) "Knowers of Brahman" refers to those who possess the wisdom that everything is indeed Brahman. "Journey of life" refers to the maintenance of worldly existence. (72-74)
