It is true, true, and again true, it is true, it is true that is spoken by Me:
Without the path of the Agamas Tantric scriptures, there is no salvation in the Kali age, O Beloved! (7)
In the Shruti Vedas, Smriti laws, and Puranas ancient myths, it was spoken by Me in the past, O Shiva!
The wise person should worship the gods according to the method spoken of in the Agamas in the Kali age. (8)
He who abandons the Agamas in the Kali age and follows another path,
There is no salvation for him; this is the truth, the truth, there is no doubt. (9)
By all the Vedas, Puranas, Smritis, and Samhitas,
I am to be established; there is no other Lord in the universe besides Me. (10)
They all hold My position, which purifies the world, to be the highest.
People averse to My path are heretics and killers of Brahman. (11)
Therefore, abandoning My doctrine, whoever performs any action,
That becomes fruitless, O Goddess; the performer also becomes destined for hell. (12)
The foolish person who, abandoning My doctrine, takes refuge in another,
Becomes a killer of Brahman, a killer of his father, and a killer of women; there is no doubt in this. (13)
In the Kali age, the mantras revealed in the Tantras are effective and grant immediate results.
The commentary notes: "The particle 'Hi' implies emphasis." (7) "O Shiva, a wise person should worship the gods according to the Agamic method; it was spoken by Me in the past, such as in the Shruti and Smritis." (8-9) "To establish the authority of His own doctrine, He first praises Himself as the supreme." (10) "They all... teach that My position is the purifier of the world." "They would become killers of Brahman." (11-13)
