Just as those who know the Tantras are among men, just as the Jahnavi the river Ganges is among rivers,
And just as I am among the lords of the three worlds, such is this text. (30)
What use are the Vedas, what use are the Puranas, what use are many scriptures, O Shiva a title for the Goddess here!
Once this Great Tantra is known, one becomes a lord of all attainments. (31)
Since I have been appointed by you for the well-being of the world,
I shall tell you that which will bring about the welfare of the universe. (32)
O Goddess, when the welfare of the world is achieved, the Lord of the world, O Supreme Goddess!
Regarding "Yatha" etc.: Just as the questions were asked, the answer is given in that very same way. (26) Regarding "For the benefit of all the world," this should be connected to "such a question as you have asked."
