Sitting in the belly, black and the size of a thumb, (26)
With a head consisting of the killing of a learned Brahmin, arms of gold-theft, (27)
A heart of liquor-drinking, and a waist of dishonoring the teacher’s bed,
With feet of association with sinners, and hair of minor sins, (28)
Holding a sword and a shield, wicked, facing downward, and unbearable.
Remembering the air-seed, the practitioner should dry him up by filling with air.
Then, with the fire-seed, he should burn the sinner along with his own body. (29)
Then, having performed the breath-retention original: "Kumbhaka" with the mantra, he should expel the ashes born of the sinner outside, and exhale using the air-seed. (30)
The wise person should drench the ashes arising from the body with the nectar-seed original: "Sudha-bija," the 'vam' seed. Using the earth-seed, he should solidify that ash like a golden egg. (31)
Having chanted the seed and become like a polished mirror, the wise one should create the limbs from the head to the feet. (32)
He should produce the elements like ether and others once more from consciousness. With the So-'ham original: "I am He" mantra, he should bring the self into the heart-lotus. (33)
Having taken the Kundalini and the soul from the supreme path, he should place them in the heart-lotus and remember that she resides at the root chakra. (34)
Having performed the purification of elements, one should perform the establishing of life original: "Pranapratishtha". The sages of the life-establishing mantra are Aja original: "Brahma" and the Lotus-born original: "Brahma". (35)
The meter is Rik, Yajus, and Sama; the deity is the Life-Force original: "Pranashakti".
Thus, the eight substances are to be meditated upon. Thus, Udana is in the abdominal mandala, Vyana is in fire, Apana is in air, and Prana is in space. (15-28)
The air-seed is yam, the fire-seed is ram. (29-30)
The nectar-seed is vam, the earth-seed is lam, the ether-seed is ham; with that, one should make the body whole. (31)
"From consciousness" means from the Absolute. (32-35)
