...|| 29 || Now, the King Subjugation Mantra ritual: "Hanumān resides in the palm, Bhairu resides in the forehead. Narsimha’s fascination fascinates the whole world. O Mohan, O Mohanta hero, your head is above all heroes; bind the vision of all, I offer you oil and vermilion. From where did the oil and vermilion come? They came from the Kailash mountain. Who brought them? Hanumān of Anjani, Ganesh of Gauri brought them. The black, the fair, the lisping, all three reside in the forehead. With the dot of oil and vermilion, the enemy goes to the underworld. By the oath of the Kamiyā vermilion, look at us and become cool. My devotion, Guru's power, fulfill the mantra by divine command. True name, command to the Guru." This is the mantra. Its procedure: Worship Narsimha on a Sunday and read the mantra one hundred and twenty-one times. Do this for seven Sundays, light an oil lamp, offer frankincense, offer sweets, and it will be perfected. Then, by blessing the vermilion and applying it as a dot on the forehead, the King's anger will subside and he will become pleased. || 30 || Another: "Oṁ Namo Bhaskarāya, to the soul of the three worlds, bring the king [so-and-so] under my control, bring him, Svāhā." This is the mantra. Its procedure: Obtain an Ongā flower on a Sunday, bless it with the mantra, and feed it to the King; he will become subjugated. || 31 || Now, the Minister Subjugation Mantra ritual: "Bismillah, Hadānā Kullū Allā, Hayagānā, the heart is yours, you are wise; among us, make [so-and-so] crazy." This is the mantra. Take twenty-one cotton seeds original: "vinaule", read the mantra twenty-one times over each seed, and offer them into the fire; it will be perfected in twenty-one days. Then, take forty-one cotton seeds, read the mantra forty-one times over each seed, and offer them into the fire at midnight; within three days, the King's minister will become subjugated. || 32 || Now, the Assembly Fascination Mantra ritual: "Kālū washes his face, I offer salutations, may collyrium reside in my eyes; whoever looks, falls at my feet. By the oath of Gausul Ādam Dastagīr." This is the mantra. Its procedure: Chant the mantra over one and a quarter lakh 125,000 wheat grains, then grind it into flour, mix with ghee and sugar, prepare halwa a sweet dish, offer it to Gausul Ādam Dastagīr, and then eat it yourself; it will be perfected. Then, whenever you have to go to the court, bless the collyrium and apply it to your eyes; the entire assembly will become subjugated and will say yes to everything. || 33 || Now, the City Fascination Mantra ritual: "Padmini Anjan is my name; entering this city, fascinate the whole village.
