...the person who possesses it becomes worthy of worship and fascinates all women. || 60 || The root of apamarga ground with the milk of a tawny cow; a tilaka of this on the forehead subjugates the three worlds. || 61 || Take the sahadevi plant and dry it in the shade. Putting its powder in betel leaves subjugates the people. || 62 || Gorochana and sahadevi combined as a tilaka subjugates the people. || 63 || Take the root of the udumbara tree; a tilaka applied to the forehead makes one beloved to all by sight alone. It may also be given in betel to subjugate all people. || 64 || A wise person should make a pill of devadali luffa echinata and mustard seeds; simply placing it in the mouth subjugates all people. || 65 || Saffron, tagara valeriana wallichii, kushtha, yellow orpiment, and realgar. A tilaka with the blood of the ring finger subjugates all. || 66 || Gorochana, lotus leaf, priyangu callicarpa macrophylla, and red sandalwood. Combined and chanted with the mantra, it subjugates all people. || 67 || Take white gunja and dry it in the shade. A tilaka made with the milk of a tawny cow subjugates the people. || 68 || Its root and leaves in betel subjugate all. Coating the body with its root also subjugates all. || 69 || White durva grass ground with the milk of a tawny cow. By applying this, the practitioner subjugates all. || 70 || Take the white arka plant and dry it in the shade. A tilaka with the milk of a tawny cow subjugates all. || 71 || Collect bilva leaves and also the matulinga citrus medica. Grind them with goat's milk; this tilaka subjugates the people. || 72 || Take the bulb of koumari curcuma zeodaria combined with hemp seeds. Wearing this tilaka on the forehead subjugates all people. || 73 || Yellow orpiment, ashwagandha, vermilion, and banana juice. This tilaka subjugates all. || 74 || Grind apamarga seeds with goat's milk. By applying this, the practitioner subjugates all. || 75 || Yellow orpiment and Tulsi ground with the milk of a tawny cow. A tilaka of this on the forehead subjugates all. || 76 || Myrobalan juice used to condition ashtagandha a mixture of eight scents and realgar. A tilaka of this on the forehead subjugates all. || 77 || In the vernacular text: "Take a human skull, mix in datura seeds, add camphor, and perform the game of the tilaka." Couple: "Whether man or woman, the tilaka subjugates upon sight. This Kapalika yoga is unique, spoken by Vashishtha; there is no deceit in it." || 78 || Now, the Royal Subjugation Tantra. In the Dattatreya Tantra, the mantra is: "Oṁ Salutations to Bhaskara the Sun, the soul of the three worlds, subjugate such-and-such ruler to me, do, do, Svāhā." This is a twenty-eight-syllable mantra. Its procedure: Perfection is gained by chanting one hundred and eight times. Once this mantra is perfected, the practitioner can perform the rituals.
