This is a ten-syllable mantra. Its procedure: Chant this mantra twenty-six thousand times on a riverbank, and perform a burnt offering of guggul and ghee equal to one-tenth of the total. The vashikaran-yakshini a spirit that grants subjugation will be pleased. Then, apply the ashes from that fire to the woman, and she will become subjugated. || 117 || Another: Bring three handfuls of ashes from someone who died on a Sunday. From Saturday onward, place a lamp over those ashes and chant the mantra one hundred and forty-four times daily. Worship the lamp with incense, lamps, and food offerings; it will be perfected in seven days. Take a little of that ash, consecrate it twenty-one times, and throw it on the woman; she will follow you. Test this on a buffalo first. The mantra is: "Dust, dust-goddess, mother of dust, supreme goddess, dust moves, victory, victory. Fill the chest of such-and-such with desire. If she moves away, abandon her household. If she dies, roll in the ashes; if she lives, massage the feet. Bind the command; if she is asleep, wake her and bring her. Mother Dhuleshwari, your power, my devotion, fulfill the mantra by the command of the Goddess, Ṭhaḥ Ṭhaḥ Ṭhaḥ Svāhā." || 118 || Another: Put a piece of washed cloth, one and a quarter hath cubits long, into a fire-pit. When the fire-pit carries the cloth into the sky, follow it. When the cloth falls to the ground with the earth, pick it up without looking back and take it to a washerman's stone. Separate the earth on the stone, burn the cloth, take both the earth and the ashes of the cloth, and fumigate it with guggul; then bring it into the house. Applying the ashes of the cloth makes the woman come, and applying the earth makes her leave. There is no other method for subjugating a woman equal to this tantra. || 119 || Another: If you find the horn of a cow, take the peel of that horn, grind it with white gunja, and sprinkle it on anyone's head; they will certainly be subjugated. || 120 || Another: Ak root, datura root, pigeon droppings, dust from a crossroads, cow hair, and cremation ashes.
