...in the Dattatreya Tantra is: "Oṁ Salutations to the Primeval Form, perform attraction of such-and-such, do, do, Svāhā." This is a twenty-one-syllable mantra. Its procedure: Chant it one hundred and eight times. Perfection is attained. Once the mantra is perfected, the practitioner performs the rituals. It should not be given to just anyone, as it is rare even for the gods. || 123 || Write the mantra on a human skull using cow gorochana. Heat it over khadira embers at all three times of day with effort; even Urvashi a celestial maiden will come. There is no other way, as spoken by Shiva.
