If one encases this yantra, named Mohana (the fascinator), in gold or silver and ties it on the head, arm, or neck, then the woman or man whose control is desired will become as obedient as a slave. || 131 || Now, the Kalanala-yantra Fire of Time Yantra. This yantra is written as follows: inside a square enclosed by three lines, write the syllable 'Hrim' as many times as there are letters in the name of the person to be controlled. Place each letter of the name inside the 'Hrim', and at the end, write an 'Im' syllable. Write this on birch bark with gorochana, place a silver image inside its heart, and worship that image daily. On the night of the fourteenth day (chaturdashi), bury it in a rat's hole. Offer the blood of a goat, rice, and a sacrifice, and recite this mantra: "Om, to Mahakala, Svaha." By offering 108 oblations with this same mantra, even a stubborn, cruel, and obstinate master will become controlled. The name of this yantra is Kalanala. || 132 || Thus ends the eighth taranga (wave) on the science of Vashikaran, in the Northern Section of the great Mantra Maharnava. || 8 ||
