...Furthermore, "Om, may there be possession, fear... Hum Phat." Through this eighteen-syllable mantra, place it in the enemy's clothing. Bhallataka (marking nut) juice, gunja seeds, poison, leadwort, and the hair of cow-itch bean; make a powder of these with effort. By giving this, the best ghost-causing result is certain." || 3 || Now, the bewilderment ritual (vikshitakarana): "Take owl excrement and grind it with castor oil. Drop a single point on anyone's body; that person becomes bewildered." || 4 || Another: The mantra is: "Om, salutations to the Lord, cause the stupefaction of the enemies' intellect, do, do, Svaha." This is a twenty-one-syllable mantra. Its procedure: Dry camel dung in the shade, empower one unit with one hundred and eight recitations of the mantra, and feed it in betel leaf; the enemy becomes insane. || 5 || Now, the fever-causing ritual (jvarakarana): In the Bhutadamara Tantra, the mantra is: "Om Ram Rom Hrim Svare Hum Kshim." This is an eight-syllable mantra. Its procedure: With this mantra, mix gorochana, mustard, long pepper, neem leaves, honey, ghee, and oil in equal parts, create an ink, and write the name of the person to be controlled on a neem wood board using a pen, offer the aforementioned incense, and recite the mantra before it. They are immediately gripped by fever. If removed, peace returns. || 6 || Another: "Om Kshah Hum [Name] Tham Thah." Procedure: Empower an eighteen-finger peg made of tamarind wood a thousand times with this mantra and bury it in the ground in the name of the person; they are gripped by fever. Bewilderment: Soak owl excrement in castor oil. Sprinkling a drop causes madness.
