The flesh of an owl, mixed with kumkuma saffron, aguru agarwood, chandana sandalwood, and gorochana, when consumed or drunk, brings the world under control. Whether a woman or a man, after a thousand recitations, they come under control. Om Hrim Hrim Hrim Hnain Phat Namah. After fasting, one should take the root of the Varuni vine. Facing north, one should crush it. At night, take trikatu three pungent spices: black pepper, long pepper, and ginger, grind it with goat urine, and make a pill dried in the shade. That pill, combined with red sandalwood, when ground and applied to one's own finger, brings the world under control. That pill, along with Devadaru Himalayan cedar and white sandalwood, when ground with water and applied, makes the person to whom it is given submissive. Grind the pill with rochana pigment and ruta. By applying this tilaka, one becomes victorious everywhere. Om Namah Sarvarthasadhini Svaha Obeisance to the one who accomplishes all goals, Svaha. Success is attained by reciting this one thousand times in the previous ritual. On the Krishna Paksha Chaturdashi fourteenth day of the waning moon or the eighth day, having fasted and offered a sacrifice, one should extract the Sahadevi a medicinal plant and grind it. When used with betel leaf, the powder is supreme for bringing others under control. When used in bathing or as a salve, the powder is supreme for bringing others under control. The tilaka of rochana and sahadevi is controlling. Manahshila realgar and its root overcome all; it is controlling. When used for seven days, that Sahadevi plant should be applied. If one obtains the control of a king, what need is there to speak of others? Bearing that powder on the head makes one controlling everywhere. Keeping that root in the mouth or wearing it on the neck as an amulet is effective. For one who wishes to bring a woman under control through mantra rituals, and not otherwise: Om Namo Bhagavati Matangeshvari Sarvamukharanjani Sarvesham Mahamaye Anagakumarike Laghura... The mantra concludes with esoteric syllables invoking the goddess Matangeshvari
