Unmatta Bhairava says: O Bhairavi, having bowed to the Lord of Wrath, the one with the face of the sky, who carries the thunderbolt, the destroyer of gods, the King, Bhuta Damara, I reveal this secret. Through him, all sins are destroyed, and sorrow and poverty end. Diseases and obstacles are destroyed. Great power increases and evil-minded beings are subdued. This Bhuta Damara Tantra is extremely miraculous. With the power obtained through it, creation, maintenance, and destruction are possible. By merely knowing this, one attains worldly enjoyments and, ultimately, liberation in this life. (10)
Out of affection for you, O Great Goddess, I speak of this indescribable and wonderful matter. Hear this from me, my beloved, which is rare for the gods in heaven, for humans desiring liberation on earth, and for the Nagas in the serpent realm. Without knowing this, women cannot be controlled, and Yakhinis do not grant the desired success. (11)
