'O O practitioner, what do you order', from the 'hum' phrase order.
Ending with Shiva, the stolen Goddess, bestower of desired success 'Vikatāsye' [Fierce-Faced one]. || 9 ||
'Om Fierce-Faced one, O Fanged-Terrible one, burn burn, terrorizer of all yakshas, brave brave, go go, O O practitioner, what do you order, hum'. This Vikata mantra bestows desired success. || 9 ||

Two 'katu', two 'dhūna', then the phrase 'great spirit'.
Worshipped, the pair of 'bhinda', 'great Karna-pishachini'.

'Om dhruvi, Karna-pishachini, katu katu, dhuna dhuna, worshipped by the great spirit, bhinda bhinda, great Karna-pishachini, O O practitioner, what shall I do, hrim ah, hum hum, phat phat, svaha'. This Karnapishachini mantra grants all knowledge. || 10 ||

Then two 'mohaya' delude, extract the phrase 'Vidyutkarālī' [Lightning-Terrible One].

'Hum phen', the seed-mantra of the terrifying one, joined with the fire-beloved.
->Thus is the 'Vidyutkarāli' [mantra] said, bestower of desired objects. || 11 ||
'Om dhruvi dhruvi, saru saru, katu katu, stambhaya stambhaya, calaya calaya, mohaya mohaya, Vidyutkaralini, giver of success to the transcendent spirit, hum phen, terrifying one, phat svaha'. This Vidyutkarali mantra is the one that gives desired fruits. || 11 ||
