It also signifies the movement or migration of people from the east to the west on account of famine, the death of cattle, the high price of wheat and all food, while linen is cheap, oil is moderate, and silver is cheap. There will also appear, according to Hermes, some hairy star, or Comet.

They will feel joy and happiness and will be in a good and happy state, with honor and praise, and they will feel progress and honor with their kings and nobles. It will render the most powerful King of the French magnanimous, happy, and glorious. It seems to bring the famous and illustrious Lords Colonna and Orsini to quiet and peace. It makes the King of Spain, a zealot of the Christian faith, famous, magnanimous, and bold, and some new things with fame and praise and acquisition. The men of the aforementioned places and kingdoms, however, will dispose themselves toward new crafts.
