¶ The illustrious Pandolfo Malatesta, Lord of the people of Rimini, because the profectiones annual progressions of his ascendant nativity come to the opposition of Saturn and the fourth house of the Moon, with bad rays, seems to be ill with a long and dangerous infirmity. And his revolution of the year 1489 begins on the seventh of June.

¶ The illustrious Camilla, Lady of Pesaro, my principal [patroness], from her revolution is free from adverse health, and the stars decree the conservation of her state for her. Nor will Pesaro be shaken by plague or wars this year. For she has happy stars, and the stars decree an improvement of state for her brother.
