In the figure of the opposition preceding the Moon, applying after the opposition to Mercury and Saturn conjoined in the second, the price would diminish, if Jupiter were not running in the fifth as lord of the ascendant of the opposition. Truly, the influence of the rays of the most excellent Jupiter will attempt to lead all things to a middling state.

Therefore, Mars being angular signifies lawsuits, but they will not last long because he runs in a mobile sign. For by the opinion of Guido Bonatti, Mars direct in Cancer and mistress of the year signifies that there will be great wars in the climate of the west, and in Arabia, and effusions of much blood, and epidemics with mortality, and danger to the life of a great prince. The opposition of Saturn and Mars will bring trouble to soldiers. And because Mars is in a watery triplicity, he threatens wars to those in the north, and most especially to those cities which, at the time of their
