Cities and lands under the Archer Sagittarius, such as Hungary, Dalmatia, Croatia, and Hispania, will prepare for war, murmur against their superiors, and attempt to make prophecies.

Cities and lands under the Capricorn, such as many places near the Romagna and near Ferrara, will strive to learn new news and be quite sagacious in their plots.

Cities and lands under the Fish Pisces, such as Scotland, Portugal, Norway, and Sweden, will be tormented by military men, receive tribulation, and be burdened with severe sickness.

The Ninth Chapter.

The spring will lean toward the blowing of winds at the beginning, thereafter quite beautiful and warm weather. But at the end, one must fear some cold rains, especially in lands toward the north.

The summer will lean toward great heat and dryness this year compared to other years. There will be much lightning and many storms will come, and one must fear epidemics in the lands that are under the Ram and the water signs. Yet, the moisture will show itself at the end during the times of the summer.

The autumn will be beautiful, bright, and warm with some mild rains and breezes. It will be for the most part unstable in weather, especially toward the north of the fifth and sixth climates.

The winter, however, will be quite cold with strong winds coming from the north, which will be healthy for people. The air will be ill-disposed, and they will have much snow and frost.
