ORIN 13.
3 He comes as the King of power,
Making this world His home,
He comes to bear our burden of sin,
He is God and man.
4 He comes, that His name
May sound as salvation to the world,
He left His dwelling of joy
Because His love is great.
13 THE SUFFERINGS OF JESUS CHRIST. L.M.
When I look upon the tree,
Where the Savior died,
I count all else as nothing,
My pride I strike with shame.
2 I must not put my trust,
Save in His death,
Vain things, and their desires,
I despise, because of His blood.
3 Look! at His head, His hands, His feet,
Pain and love flow down,
Such love as His was never seen,
That He gave His body's blood for us.
