And what the Tur wrote in Section 93, and these are his words: "And the heirs are not made to swear—meaning the heirs do not compel the lender to swear," etc. And so wrote Our Master in the Shulchan Aruch there, and these are his words: "And the heirs do not compel the lender to swear," etc. Behold, these words of theirs in Section 93 are like their words in Section 108, and their words in Section 108 are like the words of Maimonides, the Rosh, and the Ran, of blessed memory, as we wrote above, etc. And now, according to this, the words of the Tur and Our Master in Section 93 and in Section 108 are like the words of Maimonides, the Rosh, and the Ran, of blessed memory, etc.
