Original fileTurkish remake in the 17th century of an Arab work from the 14th century. The map depicts the "old world" in a south-up map with Europe on the bottom right side, the Middle East in the center and East Asia on the bottom left side, with the "Dragon's Tail" visible. Africa is divided at the Equator, and the southern portions are unclear. The Indian/Southern ocean is riddled with black islands.
