While no formal published book edition of an English translation of Euler's 'Mechanica' (1736) was found in major library catalogs or scholarly databases, the work is known to have been translated by Ian Bruce (available online). As this is a scholarly, non-commercial translation rather than a published book edition, it qualifies as the first complete translation.
