The title "Barber-Anatomical" (Bader-Anatomisch) is a satirical pun on "Anhalt-ish" (Anhaltischen), the name of the Protestant faction mentioned on the previous page. A "Bader" was a barber-surgeon who performed lowly medical tasks; the author suggests he is performing a "dissection" of his enemies' documents. The "Secret Chamber" (Geheimen Gemach) mocks the "Secret Chancery" (Geheime Kanzlei), with "Gemach" often doubling as a euphemism for a latrine.

Likely a pseudonym; "Grollmann" suggests a "man of grudges" or one who "rumbles" with anger.
