All the nadis situated crosswise, above, and below, depending on the air and the body, are arranged in the body like a wheel and are all subject to the prana. || 35 ||
Among those channels, ten nadis are superior, and among those ten, these three are the most excellent: Ida the lunar channel on the left, Pingala the solar channel on the right, and the third, Sushumna the central channel of the spine. || 36 ||
One should know Gandhari, Hastijihva, Pusha, Yashasvini, Alambusha, Kuhu, and the tenth, Shankhini. || 37 ||
The Ida channel is to be known in the left part, Pingala in the right part, Sushumna in the middle region, and Gandhari in the left eye. || 38 ||
Know Hastijihva in the right eye and Pusha in the right ear, Yashasvini in the left ear, and Alambusha in the mouth. || 39 ||
