Shiva Svarodaya with Bhasha Tika
No prior complete English translation of this text has been found.
While the root Sanskrit text, the 'Shiva Swarodaya', has been translated into English several times (notably by Swami Muktibodhananda in 1984 and Ram Kumar Rai in 1980), these translations are based on the original Sanskrit verses and do not include the specific Hindi commentary by Mihira Chandra found in the 1920 Venkateshwar Press edition. Following the 'Source Text Matters' rule, since Mihira Chandra's specific commentary and recension have not been translated into English, this work constitutes a first English translation of this specific edition.
