Therefore, wise men who seek the welfare of all should not depart at that time;

if one sets out then, there is no doubt that death will occur. || 77 ||

For this reason, wise people who desire the well-being of everyone should not travel during that specific breath; if they do go at that time, there is no doubt that death will result. || 77 ||

On the second day of the waxing moon, if the Moon flows while the Sun is active,

it is seen to bring profit to men, and if gentle acts are performed, happiness arises. || 78 ||

If, on the second day of the Shukla Paksha the bright fortnight or waxing phase of the moon, the lunar breath the flow through the left nostril occurs during the time usually allotted to the Sun the right nostril, it is beneficial for men; if peaceful or gentle works are undertaken at that time, happiness is produced. || 78 ||

When the Sun breath flows at sunrise and the Moon breath at moonrise,

all tasks are accomplished, whether they occur by day or by night. || 79 ||

When the solar breath is active at the moment of sunrise and the lunar breath is active at the moment of moonrise, then all works undertaken during the day or night will be successful. || 79 ||

When the Sun flows during the Moon's time, or the Moon flows at the Sun's rise,

anxiety, quarrels, and loss occur; all auspiciousness is turned away. || 80 ||

At the time when the Sun breath flows during the period meant for the Moon, or the Moon breath flows during the period meant for the Sun, then distress, conflict, and loss occur, and all good fortune is removed. || 80 ||

In the flow of the Sun, they proclaim the certain knowledge of the unapproachable;

but during the flow of the cool-rayed Moon's breath, the result is otherwise. || 81 ||

Wise men say that during the flow of the Sun breath, knowledge of Agamya hidden, inaccessible, or "unapproachable" things that have not been seen or heard before is certainly attained; however, if the lunar breath is flowing, the result is the opposite—meaning such hidden knowledge is not revealed. || 81 ||
