...of philosophical things, first regarding us ... for philosophy is the knowledge of things as they are. To us, the philosopher possesses first the entire wisdom of God. I will speak also of the excessive thoughts, neither of those, and the things upon all, and the first thoughts indeed. Of the cognitive things, receiving from our knowledge the proper, older, and first of them and the subsequent things. And the things according to number and the things according to each case, nothing to us regarding things is clear to us, that their first things exist. We speak of the universal things, making our entire artificial division of these. To us, philosophers draw necessary things from the particular and the universal, similarly regarding intellectual things; for these knowledges are about the same things, when and where and the rest. And since we say in this way about all things that they complete them, they call this most common thing a category predicament, by which they signify all things that exist in number ten. And for this very reason, the book was titled Categories. Therefore, it is reasonable that in the teaching of these, the entire knowledge is conceived in the same transfer, upon this having stepped equally. For the philosopher makes the philosophies about the flaming ones; which is this book. The argument becomes known to us, and having learned the voice more accurately, let us place it in the sequence of the existing dialect language/logic toward things. Whence also, regarding the purpose, knowing much, the book is simply about the ten philosophical intentions of philosophy; all the writings are understood. For of the knowledges, it is understood under philosophy; for from the things of this, upon the ten predicaments and the universal things of the title. The argument itself is taken from all fitting, for which it was titled Categories, making two things of self-existence, motion in the substance essence itself, most beautifully into the same having stepped equally.
