The text of the title page is enclosed within a complex four-part decorative woodcut border. The top and bottom borders feature symmetrical foliate scrollwork with birds. The left border contains an ornate column with a figure of a young man standing on a pedestal and blowing a horn. The right border depicts a column with overlapping leaf patterns. In the lower center of the page, below the text, is a large woodcut printer's mark of a red fleur-de-lis.
