An engraving depicts a stone shrine or fountain structure situated in a wooded landscape. Inside the central niche, a large candle or lamp sits on a pedestal, emitting light. The Latin motto "I am consumed in serving others" original: "ALIIS INSERVIENDO CONSUMOR" is inscribed on the frieze of the monument. In the surrounding landscape, figures are visible: one on the left appears to be working with a tool, and others on the right are standing near trees.
