Only antiquated translations exist. This is the first modern English translation.
The work in question is a 1605 Latin edition of Paracelsus's 'Operum Medico-Chimicorum' (specifically the sixth volume). While 17th-century English translations of individual treatises contained within this volume (such as 'The Archidoxes of Magic' translated by Robert Turner in 1656/1660) exist, there is no evidence of a complete, modern scholarly translation of this specific 1605 Latin volume. The existing English versions are antiquated, partial, or represent different collections of his works. Therefore, this is a first modern translation.
