Comprehensive searches across the UNESCO Index Translationum, Open Library, and other scholarly catalogs for 'Sancai Tuhui' and its authors Wang Qi and Wang Siyi returned no records of an English translation. While the work is a seminal Ming dynasty encyclopedia and is frequently excerpted or cited in academic studies (notably in Joseph Needham's 'Science and Civilisation in China'), no standalone or complete English translation of the 'Trees' (Mu Bu) section has been published. The absence of any translation records in the searched databases supports the conclusion that this is a first English translation.
