No prior complete English translation of this text has been found.
Extensive searches across multiple scholarly catalogs (UNESCO Index Translationum, Google Books, and others) yielded no evidence of an English translation of Paracelsus's 'Expositio vera harum imaginum olim Nurenbergae repertarum ex fundatissimo verae magiae Vaticinio deducta' (1570). While various collections of Paracelsus's works exist in English, this specific Latin treatise does not appear to have been translated.
