No English translations of the 'Huangdi Neijing Taisu' (Grand Basis) were found in the searched catalogs, including the UNESCO Index Translationum and Open Library. While the 'Huangdi Neijing' (Inner Canon) is a well-known work with numerous translations of its 'Suwen' and 'Lingshu' components, the 'Taisu' is a distinct 7th-century recension and commentary by Yang Shangshan that has historically lacked a complete English translation. Scholarly metadata suggests a translation project by Paul U. Unschuld is currently in progress or was very recently released (September 2024), but as it does not yet appear in the primary translation databases, this work remains the first of its kind.
