Only antiquated translations exist. This is the first modern English translation.
No modern scholarly English translation of Johannes Isaac Hollandus's 'The Vegetable Work' (specifically the 1695 German edition) exists in major academic catalogs. While 17th-century English manuscript translations are known (such as Sloane MS 1114) and a 1979 version was issued by the Restoration of Alchemical Manuscripts Society (RAMS), these are either antiquated or non-scholarly transcriptions of manuscripts rather than modern critical translations of the 1695 printed text.
