Polygraphia et De Septem Secundeis
Only partial translations or excerpts exist. This is the first complete English translation.
The 1600 edition of this work contains two distinct texts: the 'Polygraphia' (a major work on cryptography) and 'De Septem Secundeis' (a short treatise on planetary spirits). While 'De Septem Secundeis' has been translated into English several times (by William Lilly in 1647, Francis Barrett in 1801, and Adam McLean in 1979), the 'Polygraphia' itself has never received a complete English translation. Consequently, this volume represents the first complete English translation of the 'Polygraphia' and the first time both works have been published together in English.
