Ethicon seu Moralia
No prior complete English translation of this text has been found.
The 'Ethicon' (Book of Ethics) by Bar Hebraeus was edited in Syriac by Paul Bedjan in 1898. While a scholarly English translation of the first section (Mēmrā I) was published by Herman Teule in 1993 (CSCO vol. 535), no complete English translation of the entire four-part work exists. Existing translations are either partial or in other languages (such as Bedjan's Syriac edition or various Latin/French studies).
