Cosmographia
No prior complete English translation of this text has been found.
Despite being one of the most influential geographical texts of the 16th century, Peter Apian's 'Cosmographia' (including the expanded editions by Gemma Frisius) has never been published in a complete English translation. While it was translated into Spanish, French, and Dutch during the Renaissance, and is frequently cited in modern cartographic scholarship, no full English rendering of the Latin text exists.
