Stoicorum Veterum Fragmenta, vol. 1: Zeno
Only partial translations or excerpts exist. This is the first complete English translation.
Hans von Arnim's 'Stoicorum Veterum Fragmenta' (SVF) is a monumental collection of Greek and Latin fragments of the early Stoics. While it is the standard scholarly reference work, it has never been translated into English in its entirety. Scholars frequently translate individual fragments from SVF for their own research or for inclusion in anthologies (such as Long and Sedley's 'The Hellenistic Philosophers'), but no complete English translation of the four-volume set exists. The work is primarily a collection of source texts in their original languages (Greek and Latin), not a monograph that would be translated as a whole.
